1 bottle of Crisp Hard apple cider
3 4 oz portions of Ribs
1 1/4 TB of powdered garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Put the ribs in a container and pour hard cider over them. Mix spices together then put them in with the ribs. Let it sit in refrigerator for 4-6 hrs.
Preheat oven to 450°. Cook for 45 mins to 1 hr or until done.
