Pork and SauerKraut

2- 32 oz Chicken Broth (so it doesn't dry out/burn)
2-3 Packs of Sauerkraut
4-8 Pork Chops depending on size (thickness etc)

... start the sauerkraut and chicken broth in the crock-pot at high. while that is going on brown(cook it for sealing the raw meat not burn it but center still slightly raw) each side of the pork before you put it in the crock-pot. After you are done browning each side add the pork to the crock pot. Then turn it down to Low heat for 4-6 hrs.

add what ever spices you want for flavor as long as you like it.
